This page is the authoritative list of subprocessors engaged by K2018045519 (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd t/a Nexus Agents to process Customer Data in connection with the NexusAgents Service, as referred to in our Data Processing Addendum (https://nexusagents.co.za/data-processing-addendum/) and Privacy Policy (https://nexusagents.co.za/privacy-policy/). Material changes to this list will be notified in accordance with the DPA.

PayGate (DPO Group) · Payment processing · Data processed: payment transaction data (NexusAgents does not receive full card details) · Location: South Africa / per DPO Group infrastructure · Status: Active · Safeguards: written terms; PCI-compliant card handling by the provider · Added: June 2026

AI model subprocessors

NexusAgents selects among the following approved AI providers at its discretion, having regard to task suitability, quality, availability, and cost. Message content, prompts, and related inputs are transmitted for transient processing to generate AI-assisted outputs; NexusAgents does not permit identifiable Customer Data to be used to train these providers’ foundational models.
